Clear stamps will static cling to acrylic or other smooth mounts. They are provided on a plastic backing - just peel off and stick to your mount before inking.
Wood mounted stamps will be laser engraved or molded out of high quality rubber, and mounted on an art stamp wooden backing. The wood is fine grained maple with smooth rounded edges on two sides for comfort while holding it. The image is laser engraved on the wood mount before it is adhered to the stamp. Stamps may include traces of ink from my quality checking to insure your stamp prints beautifully!
Wood mounted stamps are usually made to order and take 1-3 days to make and ship.
