Cretan Labyrinth Stamp, Maze Rubber Stamp – Greek Mythology
$9.89 – $12.59
Description
This labyrinth stamp design holds both ancient and modern meaning and symbolism. It's origins date to a 16th century manuscript on Crete and were thought to symbolize the labyrinth which held the Minotaur in Greek Mythology. Labyrinths were traditionally created for protection, both in the real and spiritual world. Today labyrinths such as this are designed into gardens and pavilions for meditation and completion. This makes the stamp idea for a variety of uses in your paper projects!
SIZE: Available in large or small size. See the second preview image for details of the stamped image size.
Each rubber stamp is precision made and mounted on an art stamp wooden backing. The stamp rubber may be red or grey. The wood is fine grained maple with smooth rounded edges on two sides for comfort while holding it. The image is laser engraved on the wood before it is adhered to the stamp.
